Tami Utley will be our next CakeFu Master Trainer and I am sure you will be excited about the technique that she will be teaching. Gelatin has become a very popular medium in cake decorating and Tami has a great method for creating gelatin bubbles that look amazing.
Tami has been teaching and demonstrating the art of cake decorating for 18 years. She is an approved ICES instructor and has written articles for publications such as American Cake Decorating Magazine and the ICES newsletter. Her expertise is in foreign techniques such as Lambeth method, gumpaste flowers, brush embroidery, bas relief, flood work, collars, lace pieces, extension work and cocoa painting.
This training is going to be a great one! Be sure to be there live so you can ask questions.

How can those of us that work during the day(at a store that sells cake decorating supplies) get this video at another time. I am very interested in this but can’t do that time. What did Joanne Spence mean about repeats? I thought if you missed you missed! aarrgg!
